  • Personalized Items: Personalized or custom-made items are exempt from returns or exchanges. Please double-check custom details before placing your order.

Return Process:

  1. Initiation: Begin the return process by logging into our online shop and following the provided return instructions.
  2. Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged with all original tags, accessories, and packaging. Include a copy of the purchase receipt or packing slip.
  3. Shipping Costs: All return postage costs must be covered by the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.
  4. Shipping Method: Given the potential risks associated with postal services, it’s crucial to use a tracked or signed-for delivery method when returning items. SOX UK will not be responsible for returns lost in transit.
  5. Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the return, eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 28 days for the completion of this process.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and then place a new order for your desired item.
